• Level 9 (Masters) on NZQF
• 120 credits
• One-year full time study
• Intakes in February and July
• Indicative Tuition Fees – NZD $46,400

• Applicant must have one of the following with a B grade average or higher in Level 7 Course:
  – relevant Bachelor Degree, or
  – relevant Graduate Diploma, or
  – relevant professional qualification or approved experience equivalent to a 3-year Bachelor Degree

AND

• relevant approved (by Dean) engineering or managerial work experience equivalent to 1 year of advanced study
• English Language Requirements – IELTS (Academic) 6.5 overall with all bands 6.0 or higher or equivalent
• Applicants would need NZD $20,000 per annum for their maintenance BUT can work part time i.e. 20 hours per week) during term time and full time in holidays whilst undertaking study
• Applicants can bring their partners who are eligible for an open work visa during study
• Partner can support dependent children who can study fee free as domestic students
• Upon successful completion of the course, applicants are eligible for a 3 year ‘open’ work visa
• Pathways to residency in NZ for applicant and immediate family – either:
  – under the Skilled Migrant Category once applicant has completed 1 year of suitable full time work experience in NZ AND have secured a suitable job offer AND all other criteria are met, or;
  – under Green List Straight to Residence for Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineer if specific requirements on the Green List are met
