Master of Applied Information Technology, WINTEC (Te Pukenga), Hamilton

  • Applicants would need NZD $20,000 per annum for their maintenance BUT can work part time i.e. 20 hours per week) during term time and full time in holidays whilst undertaking study
  • Applicants can bring their partners who are eligible for an open work visa during study
  • Partner can support dependent children who can study fee free as domestic students
  • Upon successful completion of the course, applicants are eligible for a 3 year ‘Open’ Post Study Work Visa

      • Statement of Research Interest
      • 2x Reference Letters
      • An academic research supervisor
  • English Language Requirements – IETLS (Academic) 6.5 overall, no band lower than 6.0 OR equivalent alternative demonstrated competence
  • Indicative Tuition Fees – NZD $27,500
  • Applicants would need NZD $20,000 per annum for their maintenance BUT can work full time i.e. 30 hours or more per week) whilst undertaking study
  • Applicants can bring their partners who are eligible for an open work visa during study
  • Partner can support dependent children who can study fee free as domestic students
  • Upon successful completion of the course, applicants are eligible for a 3 year ‘open’ work visa
  • Pathway to residency in NZ for applicant and immediate family under the 6 point Skilled Migrant Category once applicant has completed 1 year of suitable full time work experience in NZ (following successful completion of Masters course) has secured a suitable job offer + meets all other skilled migrant residence requirements.

Construction

Master of Construction Management, AUT, Auckland

  • Applicant must have one of the following with a B grade average or higher in Level 7 Course:
    – relevant Bachelor Degree, or
    – relevant Graduate Diploma, or
    – relevant professional qualification or approved experience equivalent to a 3-year Bachelor Degree

AND

  • relevant approved (by Dean) engineering or managerial work experience equivalent to 1 year of advanced study
  • English Language Requirements – IELTS (Academic) 6.5 overall with all bands 6.0 or higher or equivalent
  • Applicants would need NZD $20,000 per annum for their maintenance BUT can work part time i.e. 20 hours per week) during term time and full time in holidays whilst undertaking study
  • Applicants can bring their partners who are eligible for an open work visa during study
  • Partner can support dependent children who can study fee free as domestic students
  • Upon successful completion of the course, applicants are eligible for a 3 year ‘open’ work visa

Core Requirements
  • English language proficiency at IELTS level 6 across all streams with an overall grade of 6.5
  • The equivalent measures for Pearson (PTE) or TOEFL apply
  • You will have been awarded or qualified for a relevant bachelor’s degree, having achieved at least a B minus grade average in the highest-level courses, or equivalent; and
  • You have completed at least three years if postgraduate full-time work; and 
  • You have been selected into the qualification on the basis of the selection process.
